Our seasoned team of Executive coaches have leveraged their decades of experience as school Principals to curate a series of the most urgent and relevant topics to equip leaders for the challenges of 2024 and beyond. This series is intentionally timed to support school leaders as they finish the 2024 school year strong and maximize their summer months to launch into a thriving 2025.
Through collaborative sessions and personalized coaching, participants will delve into crucial themes such as navigating teacher shortages, addressing pandemic-induced learning loss, and fostering mental health resilience. Our coaches, having served in the Principal’s seat themselves, understand the complexities of the role and offer tailored support to enhance leadership effectiveness.
• Initial individual consultation and support session
• Each leader will have a one on one session with an experienced coach
to identify strength and needs of both the Principal and the learning
community they lead, establishing a trusting mentor relationship and
informing our coach on the best customized tools and resources to
share with the leader as they go through the series.
• Following Session 4, a second session will focus on applying the learning
and sharing additional resources to enhance overall effectiveness within
the school community.

It will also explore how the five basic human needs influence educator and stakeholder well-being and engagement, emphasizing the importance of integrating the latest brain research into decision-making to enhance success and reduce burnout.

Incorporating self-reflection into evaluations empowers staff to own their growth. Assessing recruitment narratives aids in attracting top talent, while effective systems retain existing staff.
